NightCheck gives guests a guided path through your campground's after-hours process. Each park controls its site details, requirements, and arrival instructions.
Scan the QR code, tap an NFC tag, or visit the campground's NightCheck address.
Enter RV or tent details, length, hookup needs, and other campground-defined criteria.
Guests review available options and nightly rates. NightCheck then recommends an available site matching their stay details, which they can keep or change.
Guests provide the required registration information and complete payment digitally.
Guests receive their site assignment and your campground-specific arrival instructions.
Why campgrounds use NightCheck
Campers arriving after the office closes can still register and pay instead of continuing down the road.
Replace handwritten forms, missing information, and next-morning guesswork with digital records.
Give guests a self-service option without extending front-desk hours.
NightCheck handles after-hours registration without forcing a full reservation-system conversion.
Rates and payments
NightCheck can support flexible rate strategies and payment flows without becoming another system that stands between the campground and its revenue.
NightCheck can support campground-defined Dynamic Pricing for after-hours stays. In KOA terminology, this can include the applicable Best Available Rate (BAR), helping NightCheck present the correct nightly rate before the guest pays.
NightCheck leverages the campground's Stripe account for payment processing. Funds flow to the campground—NightCheck never takes custody of the campground's money.
Where NightCheck fits
It isn't another all-in-one management system. It is a simpler way to handle unattended arrivals.
